I recently roasted a deliciously tender and juicy marinated pork loin and served it with freshly steamed asparagus. The trick to a tender and juicy pork loin is to braise it on all sides on the stove in just a little bit of olive oil to seal in the juices before roasting.
Of course, the entire time I kept thinking of Jennhoney and the game of LOIN, because that is how my mind works!
