Wii Remote Accessory of the Day: BBC Worldwide and Blue Ocean have teamed up to produce a Wiimote expansion modeled after Doctor Who’s iconic multitool, the Sonic Screwdriver. The attachment will be released in October to coincide with the release of Doctor Who: Return to Earth — the first Doctor Who video game developed exclusively for the Wii.
Meanwhile, Return to Earth’s Nintendo DS counterpart, Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth, will receive its very own Sonic Screwdriver-like DS stylus.
MSRP TBD.
